2025 Graduate Student Awards

Graduate student awards recognize graduate student contributions to our campus, their disciplines, and/or to the community. Students being nominated for these awards should have achieved the milestones of their degree expectations and have provided their colleagues and our community with examples of involvement above and beyond the expected.

Charles And Katharine Mclaughlin Award for Excellence in Teaching

To recognize students achieved excellence in teaching.

Graduate Alumni Society Award

This honor is awarded to individuals who have achieved the milestones of their degree expectations and have additionally provided their colleagues and the College of Medicine community with examples of involvement above and beyond the expected.

Graduate Alumni Endowed Service and Leadership Award

To recognize service and leadership activities and the impact on the COM campus community and/or external community

Karl H. Beyer Jr., MD, PhD, Scholarship

This award is given to students who show dedication to the enrichment of their academic area of interest, as well as for their contributions to campus, the community and their disciplines.
